This mission never appears anywhere other than the Completed Missions section of the Journal. Despite the stated objective, scanning Remnant technology of any kind does not complete the mission. The only way to complete this mission is to research and develop a Remnant Shadow sniper rifle of any tier. Other Remnant weapons, Remnant armor, and Remnant augmentations do not satisfy the requirements.
