13 Nickel (Desert/Lunar - on foot collection)
1 Vanadium, rare (this one is only on Ice planets, but you can give it as loot/quest reward instead)

There is no onscreen display of this mission completing. This mission never appears anywhere other than the Completed Missions section of the Journal with a 
symbol. It is unknown what category of mission this should actually fall under as there is no clear indication from the name, mission card, or the text what mission category it should be. It could be inferred from the description that this was intended to be a Tempest mission but there are a mix of different mission categories found on the Tempest.
Despite what the description says, you aren't limited to the research center on the Tempest. You can develop the Zalkin I at any research center.
Only the Zalkin I works for this mission to show up in the Completed Missions section. Developing any other Zalkin tier will not work.
The mission is wrong in many ways. This is likely some type of prototype / developer testing mission that made it into the final game accidently. This mission is an oddity and is shown here for documentation purposes only.
