Making an Impression is a heleus assignments mission. It is acquired by speaking with Hainly Abrams in Prodromos on Eos after the radiation clears.

Description[]

Eos is experiencing seismic activity. Altering the tremors with a survey hammer might allow better irrigation for Prodromos.

Objectives[]

  • Place the first seismic hammer
  • Place the second seismic hammer
  • Investigate the strangers at the site
  • Place the second hammer to drill for water
    or
  • Place the second hammer to drill for natural gas
  • Place the third seismic hammer
  • Defeat the Remnant Architect

Take Down the Architect[]

  • Follow the Architect
  • Clear out the Remnant
  • Destroy conduits (0/3)
  • Destroy head conduits
  • Interface with the Architect

Notes[]

An email from August Bradley alerts Ryder that there is a new mission available on Eos. Ryder must speak with Hainly Abrams, now tagged with the new mission icon New Mission Map Icon, to acquire the mission. Ryder may have to initiate conversation with her multiple times.

XP is earned for defeating the Remnant at the first hammer site. If Ryder chooses to drill for water with the second hammer, XP is earned for defeating the Remnant. If Ryder chooses to drill for natural gas at the second site, no XP is earned for defeating the Remnant. A follow-up conversation with Hainly Abrams will involve commentary on Ryder's choice.

Research Opportunities[]

In the upper area of the Architect battle near where the third hammer is placed, there is an Alien craft that can be scanned for +10 Remnant RD.

After this mission, the Architect Husk will be floating in orbit around Eos that can be scanned using the Tempest for +50 Remnant RD.
