Niilj is an angaran character and an operative of the Angaran Resistance on Voeld. He can be found at the Northern Holding Site on Voeld.
Background[]
Niilj is the uncle of Skeot and brother of Buxil. He was given the codename "Shavod-Gaan" by the kett. He is a very good Resistance member, but terrible at family communications. Buxil complains that he failed to call before leaving Voeld, and Skeot doesn't even know he's been rescued.
