Red Ticket is a special item. It can be purchased from the Blood Threshers Manager near the fighting pit in New Tuchanka.
Notes
If the Blood Threshers wraith wins, the red ticket is replaced with a Winning Ticket.
Despite being a Special Item, the red ticket only shows in the "All Items" view in the Inventory screen, and only when interacting with one of the two team managers.
