Safe Journeys is a heleus assignments mission. It is acquired by speaking with Maariko Darej at the Docks on Aya after A Trail of Hope.
Description[]
Maariko, Aya's chief astronomer, requests help locating several missing satellites essential to monitoring the Scourge. Fly the Tempest to Maariko's satellite navpoints and search the areas.

- Investigate the 1st missing satellite navpoint
- Investigate the 2nd missing satellite navpoint
- Investigate the 3rd missing satellite navpoint
- Travel to the angaran vessel's navpoint
- Travel to Kadara Port
- Find the satellite scavenger hideout
- Defeat the satellite scavengers
- Find the missing satellites
- Return to Maariko
Notes[]
Maariko has information about the angaran space program and possible lost colonies. It's a good idea to ask about that before completing the mission; if Ryder tells the truth about the scavengers, Maariko will no longer engage in conversation.
If Ryder lies to Maariko, there is a reward of +79 AVP and +5% Aya viability. As Aya is not a planet where viability can be increased, this reward highlights a strange error. Testing has shown that the +5% viability reward from completing this mission doesn't increase any of the other five planets where viability can actually be earned. This viability reward has no effect and is an interesting curiosity. The screenshot below shows this onscreen reward error.
