The multiplayer store is where players can purchase items for use in multiplayer mode or open free reward packs they've earned.
Mechanics[ | ]
A Pack is a set of items presented on cards.
To purchase a Pack, highlight the Pack, then select Purchase. Choose a method of payment, MP Credits or Andromeda Points. Select Purchase to confirm and open the pack or Cancel to return to the Packs list. The purchased Pack is opened, showing blank card backs with a new item icon. Select Reveal Card to flip the selected card over and show the item or select "Reveal All Cards" to flip over all of the cards at once. After reviewing the cards, exit the pack to return the to Pack screen. It is not required to flip the cards over to acquire the items in the pack; the items are added automatically when the pack is purchased.
Most packs contain a fixed number of items. If two or more items in the pack are the same, they will be presented on a single card.
For example, a Jumbo Supply Pack contains 25 items. This particular Jumbo Supply Pack presents those items on 8 cards.
The purchasing process is the same in the Item Store, except that only Mission Funds may be used as payment.

Item Store Notes[ | ]
The Item Store originally only sold all four Supply cards and the Character Respec card. With Patch 1.09, the Item Store was changed to carry a rotating stock of new items, as well as the five supply items.
- Random Weapon Mods (Common), Character Respec cards, Experience Enhancers, and Supplies are always available for purchase using mission funds.
- Ultra Rare, Rare, and Uncommon characters, equipment, weapons, and weapon mods are available as random items.
- There is always one random Ultra Rare item, one random Rare item, and one random Uncommon item in the store. These rotate on a staggered schedule. Each rotating item has a timer counting down to expiration.
- There is no pattern to item availability. For example, the Ultra Rare random item may be a character for six cycles, followed by weapons for a single cycle.
- If you already have the highest rank of a given random item, purchasing that card will give you a random booster instead.
- Basic mods will be randomly found in packs that have them listed as a possible item. Upgraded mods (which have increased benefits/penalties) can only normally be purchased from the Item Store. The exception to this rule is the Technical Mods Pack which has the possibility for basic mods and upgraded mods to appear as well as random boosters. Basic mods will tend to appear first until they are all acquired and then upgraded mods will appear after that. It is possible for an upgraded mod to appear with basic mods still left to acquire but it is unlikely to do so.
2 Experience Enhancers were added with Patch 1.06.
