Ryder will have to speak with Suvi several times to get this mission to trigger after The Journey to Meridian as the next mission Meridian: The Way Home starts automatically with the first objective being Talk to Suvi. Speak to her several more times and then the romance mission will trigger if Ryder has been romancing her.
